("FrontClubs," "we," "us," or "our") when you access or use the FrontClubs mobile application, website located at frontclubs.com, and all associated products, tools, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing, or using the FrontClubs Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the data practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

This Policy applies to all users of the FrontClubs Platform regardless of geographic location. 2.1 Account Registration Data: When you create a FrontClubs account, we collect your name, username, email address, profile picture, date of birth (for age verification), and password (stored as a cryptographic salted hash — never in plain text).

2.2 Trading & Journal Data: FrontClubs is a paper trading and market education platform. We collect simulated trade entries, exit data, paper portfolio configurations, trade journal notes, performance statistics, and leaderboard ranking data that you voluntarily log within the Platform.

2.3 Community & Clubs Activity Data: We collect data relating to your participation in Trading Clubs, including club membership history, posts, comments, reactions, direct messages within club channels, tournament entries, and club leaderboard participation.

2.4 Usage & Technical Analytics: We automatically collect device model, operating system version, browser type, IP address, app session duration, feature interaction logs, crash diagnostics, and performance logs.

2.5 Communications Data: If you contact our support or privacy team, we collect your communications, support ticket content, and associated correspondence.

3.1 Platform Operation: To authenticate your account, operate your paper trading portfolio, compute seasonal leaderboard rankings, run club ecosystems, deliver personalized course recommendations, and calculate verified win-rate statistics.

3.2 Safety & Fraud Prevention: To detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent activity, market manipulation attempts, identity theft, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

3.3 Communications: To send account confirmation emails, security alerts, important platform notices, product announcements (opt-out available), and community event notifications.

3.4 Analytics & Platform Improvement: To analyze aggregate, de-identified usage patterns to improve feature functionality, fix software bugs, and optimize user experience.

Legal Basis (GDPR/UK GDPR): Processing is based on (i) performance of a contract, (ii) legitimate interests, (iii) legal obligation, or (iv) your consent, depending on the specific processing activity.

FrontClubs does not sell, rent, trade, or barter your personal information to third parties for commercial monetary purposes.

4.1 Service Providers (Data Processors): We engage trusted third-party service providers to assist in platform operations, including cloud hosting infrastructure, email delivery services, push notification providers, crash analytics tools, and customer support software.

4.2 Public Profiles & Leaderboards: Certain information — specifically your username, club name, leaderboard rank, and publicly shared trading statistics — may be visible to other Platform users within club contexts. You control portfolio visibility in Privacy Settings.

4.3 Legal Disclosures: We may disclose personal data if we reasonably believe disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process (e.g., court order, government investigation), or to protect the vital interests of our users or the public.

FrontClubs uses cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember user preferences, analyze site traffic, and serve contextual and personalized advertisements.

5.1 Google AdSense & Advertising Networks: Third-party vendors, including Google AdSense, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to frontclubs.com or other websites on the Internet.

5.2 DoubleClick DART Cookies: Google's use of advertising cookies (such as DoubleClick DART cookies) enables it and its advertising partners to serve targeted ads to users based on their browsing behavior on our platform and other sites across the Web.

FrontClubs implements institutional-grade security controls to protect personal data: Encryption in transit via TLS 1.3 or higher, encryption at rest using AES-256 standards, role-based database access control (RBAC), salted bcrypt password hashing, and regular penetration testing.

In the event of a security incident likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and supervisory authorities within 72 hours as required by law.

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion request, personal identifiers are purged from production databases within 30 days. You may request account deletion at any time via our official Support Form or in Account Settings.

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and DPDP Act 2023), you have the right to access, correct, port, or request deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or lodge complaints with supervisory authorities.
